  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if products are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving their order.

  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
